I had a wonderful Thanksgiving here in South Asia. I, along with the Marlins, traveled on Wednesday to spend the weekend with the rest of our team. It was a great drive...no holiday traffic here, just the usual dodging of people, cars, trucks, cows and a few water buffalo:)
Amy and I started off our Thanksgiving celebration with a pedicure at a salon near her house. Not really sure what this treatment is...it was some cream or paste and then they wrapped my feet in cling wrap.
After that the put these heating elf shoes and plugged me in! I am still not sure what the purpose of this treatment was but if I have learned anything here it's just go with it...
We joined the rest of our team for a wonderful Thanksgiving Feast that evening! Our teammate Brandy did an amazing job of decorating her house for the season and making us feel like it was Thanksgiving.
We had a full spread of yummy traditional dishes like sweet potato casserole (my fav) and mashed potatoes, deviled eggs, pumpkin pie and hot apple cider. We even had a typical midwestern thanksgiving dish, homemade noodles, which were super yummy too (Thanks for introducing us Shanee)

I am so thankful for a wonderful team to spend Thanksgiving with and to take the gspel to the nations.
Thank you for sharing... The pictures look great! I also had fun during my first Thanksgiving in the US. In Mexico we don't celebrate on this day, but it was fun to learn a new tradition and hang around with the family! Sending you a big hug!
