I just have to do a post on this precious baby girl....
My dear friends Rebecca and Matthew had their first baby last Sunday. Becca and I were friends and roommates in college. The Father has blessed us with a dear, dear friendship that we have been able to maintain for 13 years.
We have not always lived in the same town, state, or even country but the Father gave me a forever friend in Becca. I have been loved on by her, her family, and her church.
I was so excited when she and Matthew shared with me late last fall they were expecting their first baby. Then reality set in and we both knew I would probably already be overseas when he or she was born. Becca and Matthew didn't tell anyone the name they had chosen but decided to let me in on the secret since I was leaving. I just couldn't believe it when they told me I would get to share a name with their precious baby girl. I'll admit I asked the Father for a visa delay or something so I could see and hold this precious girl. But I am so thankful for technology like Skype so I could see her.

Thank you for ALWAYS supporting me, encouraging me, and loving me. I am forever grateful for how the Father has used you to get me to this place. Know I will be lifting up sweet Cora Beth to the Father and asking that she too would follow after Him, as her parents do.
